- Dumbbell Bent-Over Row
 – 12 reps
- Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift
 – 12 reps
- Dumbbell Overhead Press
 – 12 reps
- Jumping Alternating Bodyweight Lunge 
 – 12 reps total
