BionicTry this “Bionic Fiber” combo recommended by www.thegutinstitute.com [the fat burning lingo is their’s not mine]

Bionic Fiber Version A

Inulin-FOS 1-2 TBS +
Psyllium (if not allergic) 1 TBS +
high ORAC green powder (e.g., Amazing Grass or Raw Reserve) in 2 cups of water

Bionic Fiber Version B

[Fat-Blaster]:
Inulin-FOS 1-2 TBS +
Acacia Gum 1 TBS +
high ORAC green powder in 2 cups water

Bionic Fiber Version C

[“Amped Up Bionic Fiber For Fat Burning”]:
Inulin-FOS 1 TBS +
Acacia fiber 1 TBS +
Psyllium (if not allergic) 1 TBS +
high ORAC green powder in 2 cups of water

Of course as a psycho overacheiver I have to go the “amped up” Version C PLUS 1 TBS of green banana flour and 1 TBS of potato starch (for a little more resistant starch)

If you’re new to supplementing with fiber (to feed your good gut bugs), please remember to start easy – or you’ll be REALLY sorry
