How We Get Started
Every new client begins with a Smart Start Fitness Assessment at my studio at 2181 Greenspring Dr in Timonium. We assess your current strength, identify any movement restrictions, and build your program from the ground up. Training is one-on-one, private, and entirely focused on your results. Most clients training two days per week notice significant changes in strength and energy within the first 12 weeks.
