Kate Upton’s trainer, Ben Bruno, says Kate “chases strength gains on squats, deadlifts, and Romanian deadlifts… And she can do over 100 pounds for 10 reps. She does hip thrusts with around 200 pounds for 10 reps and pushes a heavy sled weighing close to 400 pounds.”
Think about that the next time you say the Hip Thrust is “too heavy.” :-)
