One of my clients this morning was telling me how happy she was that her son got to come home from college for Easter.

Me, half-jokingly:
“Wait – how can you possibly have a son in college?”

You see, we started working together when she realized she was struggling to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight 6 months after giving birth.

She was frustrated trying to lose those last few pounds on her own.

But in just over a month after we got together, she was back down to her goal weight and feeling better than ever.

And her “baby” is now a freshman at U of Md.
