From I-83:
Just take Exit 16 for Timonium Road and head East. We’re just a minute from the exit.

Where We’re Located:
You’ll find the gym right on Greenspring Drive on the corridor (that most people think is Deerco :-) between Coppermine and Kaiser Permanente, right next door to Cornerstone Antiques. 

It’s a convenient, central spot that’s easy to reach from anywhere in the area.

Parking is Simple:
You don’t have to worry about hunting for a spot. There’s plenty of easy-access parking right in front of the building, so you can walk right in and get started.
