I have never been a person who enjoys working out. AT ALL. Gyms have always intimidated me. I always felt like a fish out of water. I would last maybe one week at a gym before giving it up and going home.

After three pregnancies and being a mom to young children, I decided that I needed to get healthy not only for myself, but for my family as well.

I started off by joining Curves. While it got me out and moving, I did not find that it gave me the results that I desired

And then I met Stephen Holt.

I can honestly say that the minute I walked in the door at 29 Again Fitness, I felt comfortable, accepted and that I belonged here just as much as anyone else.

And, I LOVE to exercise! I have never felt that way before. It really is so exciting to look forward to training with Stephen. And I credit that new found love of exercise to Stephen. He has made it fun, challenging and enlightening.

Every time I come in, we do something new. I have learned so much about exercise, nutrition and how to treat my body the way it deserves to be treated.
