“First let me say that Stephen’s approach to weight training is like no other: It makes perfect sense.

His 3-4-5 Total Body Workout allows you to perform the most effective workout in half the time you would normally spend doing other weight training routines.

I have been working out consistently for the past 10 years, concentrating mostly on cardiovascular fitness/aerobics, and every time I attempted to adopt a weight training program in to my workout regimen, I would get frustrated and end up quitting because I felt like I was spending countless hours in the gym putting forth the effort, but getting no results.

But after the first few sessions, I noticed a difference and am continuing to notice positive changes in my body. Within weeks I started noticing definition and was working muscles that I didn’t even know I had.

As far as abs, his approach is the best.

By learning to focus on the core of your body and using your abs to stabilize, I noticed definition that a million crunches wouldn’t give you.

And it didn’t take long at all for me to notice how much stronger I was becoming. Within a few sessions training with Stephen, I realized that everything I had done up to that point was time spent returning no results.

This is the only workout that has ever worked for me.

I have lost 20 pounds since June 2003 (which is when I first started training with Stephen) and plan to follow his approach for the rest of my life. My friends and family think I spend hours in the gym trying to achieve my weight loss and fitness goals, but little do they know, I usually spend no more that 1 hour, 3-4 times per week on the 3-4-5 weight training routine.

I am like everyone else in that I am looking for the most effective total body workout, but do not want to spend hours in the gym trying to achieve those goals, and Stephen’s program delivers fast, safe, and effective results in half the time.

There is no doubt Stephen has changed my life and my approach to fitness. During the time I have trained with Stephen, he has provided nothing but positive and professional encouragement on helping me achieve my goals.
