Thanks. That's why we don't do fitness bootcamps, although they're extremely profitable.

I agree with this. I wrote about this a week ago on my fitness blog. I think so many people have jumped on the bandwagon of profitability that it has hurt the clients in the long run. Although people are similar, they aren't totally similar. This might be bad for business, but better for people in general.

Hi-
I am currently enrolled in the Precision Nurtrituin Lean Eating for women session. I found your name on their website. I am in need of someone to preform the 7 site fat measurement. Is this something you could assist with, if so what is the cost and availability?
Thank yiu

Thanks, Shane. I've heard about the importance of Core Values for years but didn't do anything about it until I read Delivering Happiness. It truly makes a difference in how you run your business.

Stephen, good work on sitting down and getting clarity with your core values. I'm in the process of doing the same for my studio. I've heard this discussed so many times over and over and I've never taken action on it...up until now. I really believe that now more than ever we need to be distinguishing ourselves in the marketplace and the best way to do that is through your core values and beliefs. Best of luck in 2011. Take care..Shane

I would like to take the opportunity to formally introduce PureFit Nutrition bars, the leading wheat-free, dairy-free, gluten-free sports nutrition bar on the market. With 18 grams of protein, and 40/30/30 ratio, it fits perfectly into Zone diet, and has done extremely well in gyms of the CrossFit nature. One of the best features, besides the taste and nutritional value is: The bars do not melt!!! The can stay all day in a gym bag in the sun, and still maintain their delicious taste without the mess!

I would love to send you out some samples and talk to you more about the product to see what we can do to get PureFit bars into your gym. Please note, we give 15% off for your first order, and we are so confident our bars will do well in your gym, we give a 100% money back guarantee. We also have a Club Industry special. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
