It is with great pleasure to have the opportunity to share with you my experience while training with Stephen Holt’s 3-4-5 System.
I have been training with Stephen’s system for almost three years now on a very consistent basis. It’s hard to describe what a difference it’s made in my overall well-being.
For most of my adult life I was 100% committed to cardio exercise and aerobics classes. Now when I look back I can honestly say it never made a difference in my body.
Then I met Stephen. He encouraged me to try his 3-4-5 Total Body Workout and I did very reluctantly.
I’m now stronger, leaner and have decreased my body fat from 23% to 12%.
I have more energy and now look forward to my workouts. It is nice not to spend endless hours in the gym exhausting myself on cardiovascular exercise.
Stephen’s 3-4-5 Total Body Strength Training System has been the only workout that’s changed my body.
This program along with a well-balanced diet, proper nutrition, and plenty of H2O can surely change your life also.
